January 13, 2010: Transformative Power of Dreams
Dreams are a unique and powerful way of experiencing the movement of God in our lives. They are a source of insight as we seek to understand ourselves and others, and they offer us healing and guidance as we deal with everyday struggles and decisions.
During this course you will learn some practical ways of working with your dreams in order to discover the messages contained within the dream symbols. You will also learn how to facilitate the dream exploration process with another individual and within a group setting. Come with your dreams to explore!

Presenter: Mary Ellen Ryley, SCMM, a 1988 graduate of the Institute for Spiritual leadership, has been on staff at the Institute for nine years. She has an M.A. in Religious Studies from the University of Detroit and an M.A. in Pastoral Studies from Loyola University Chicago. She has been a staff supervisor for the Institute of Spiritual Companionship for 20 years and serves as a supervisor for the Center for Spirituality at North Park Seminary.
