THE LABYRINTH AS BODY PRAYER:  Physical movement tends to quiet the mind and expand awareness beyond the logical.  As body prayer, the labyrinth is a sacred circle inviting personal transformation.  The morning gathering will include a brief explanation of the labyrinth and varied approaches for its use.   As a group and as individuals, the participants will have the opportunity to walk a seven-circuit labyrinth, to experience a finger labyrinth, and to journal in word and/or color using a labyrinth pattern.
